Release Notes

This is the latest release and it contains many fixes and enhancements.

I would like to thank Brett Gerhardi for his help on this, he's been putting in many hours on this, making it better and in some cases simply making it work!

1. Renamed mappingdirection members as Write and Read doesn't indicate direction as It isn't clear where the anchor is
a. Write -> To Target
b. Read -> From Target
2. Added Server address property (no testing done on files)
3. Fixed and improved the locking for To and From directions and error handling
4. Added event capture from target package
5. Mapping Validation is now done (can take some time on projects with > 10 child packages so can delay validation like all tasks.
6. Added logging details (perhaps too much) to aid troubleshooting
7. Added helper to try to automatically pick the source variable based on matching names
8. Think I made things a bit more consistent always using the fully qualified variable name
9. A bunch of minor stuff that I can't even remember anymore
10. Switched from using LoadFromDTSServer to LoadFromSqlServer it seems to be less overhead and I was getting some poor behaviour (I have left a hardcoded method to switch between and if useful this could be made a user variable)
a. There is a retry loop around this due to an issue that I was getting where the Load occasionally only got a partial set of data although it got it the second time ok. This could be left in but left at one retry and again left as a manual tweak if necessary.

Known issue:
Mapping connections will only send a connection string and as such it will most likely lose the password. A possible workaround for this is to save the connection string in a variable. I will look into passing actual connections between packages.

The download includes both 32-bit and 64-bit versions.
